Report a problem

Include the public domain, approximate check time and the finding or error code. Remove secrets, message content and personal information from your report. Do not send account passwords, API keys or full email headers.

Common limitations

• An unknown result means a check could not finish; it does not prove a record is missing.
• For DKIM, provide the selector and actual signing domain from your provider.
• Rate-limit or capacity errors can be retried later.
• We do not make DNS changes on your behalf.

If a recommendation does not match your intended setup, verify it with your domain or email provider before changing anything.
